We are looking for a Human Resource intern for our office in Oshkosh. We offer flexible hours between 8AM – 4 PM. You will have the opportunity to use the knowledge that you are learning in your classes and apply it to your internship.
What you will be doing:
- Posting open jobs on job boards and searching for candidates
- Conducting phone interviews and scheduling supervisor interviews
- Making job offers, performing reference checks and background screenings
- Assisting supervisors with policies and procedures
- Researching and collecting data for various HR initiatives
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Human Resources declared as major or minor
- Works well in a team
- Likes to make a difference
- Strong organizational skills
