Event Details:
Come join us at the Downtown YMCA for a night of traditional exercise including: stretching, cardio and light weight lifting. In hopes to encourage healthy living, we will be making health goals and discussing different ways to exercise from home. Participants who complete their health goals will be rewarded!
Feel free to start working on potential goals or ideas for gym class!
