Covey is excited to present Speed Connection’s!

Speed Connections is an interactive and supportive social skills activity designed to help adults with disabilities build friendships in a relaxed, structured environment. Through short, guided conversations, participants rotate and engage in meaningful discussions, learning how to introduce themselves, ask engaging questions, and share common interests.

This activity fosters confidence, communication skills, and social connections in a fun, low-pressure setting. With conversation prompts and a welcoming atmosphere, Speed Connections encourages new friendships, reduces social anxiety, and promotes inclusion for all participants. Whether meeting new people or practicing social interaction, this activity is a great way to connect and grow!
